• Upon full payment, the client receives rights to the final deliverables created specifically for their project

• Bevox may showcase completed work (without sensitive or confidential data) in its portfolio unless explicitly prohibited by contract

Unauthorized use, resale, or redistribution of our work is not permitted.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business, technical, or strategic information shared during a collaboration, unless disclosure is required by law or agreed otherwise in writing.

7. Warranties & Disclaimers

• That services will be error-free or uninterrupted

• Specific business, financial, or performance outcomes

Technology involves inherent risks, dependencies, and third-party platforms beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bevox shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
